The items on our website are sold based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. Therefore, quality is guaranteed. In addition, we have a quality assurance team that tests the products you order to make sure they are in good condition before they are packaged and sent to you.

  • Before placing an order, please make sure you check carefully any details about the item you want to order, including all details such as color, style, etc.
  • By placing an order, you have confirmed the details of the item you are ordering, including the custom content, color, style, etc. of the item. And the shipping information of the order has also been confirmed, including the consignee, phone number, shipping address, etc.

 

Return/Exchange Policy


The following reasons are covered by the 30-day full refund/exchange policy.

  • Peeling paint, peeling crystals, broken chains, etc.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received a damaged item.
  • The personalization information is different from what you provided to us.
  • You received a defective product quality.

Please notify us immediately by email and you will receive a refund or exchange for your purchase within 30 days. (We will only exchange for the same product or a product of equal or lesser value.)


30-day return/exchange policy for the following reasons (customer is responsible for return postage as well as replacement postage)

  • New, unworn item.
  • Wrong bracelet/ring size chosen, or chain length
  • Changed mind for personal reasons, personal taste, ordered many personalized items for comparison or sizing purposes, or you did not see a detailed description, etc.

Please note: Personalized items are unique and these returns/exchanges will incur a 30% charge on the order.

The following reasons are not covered by our 30-day return policy and we are not responsible for these issues

  • Product has been exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can change the appearance of the products you order from our website. These chemicals include, but are not limited to: liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs and spas. Oxidized silver can be easily damaged.
  • Products that have been resized, renewed and/or repaired.
  • Products damaged by misuse, mishandling or improper maintenance.
  • Silver products are imbued with detail due to oxidation and over time they may appear black. To eliminate this, clean with a silver polishing cloth to restore their original appearance.

 

Cancellation/Change Order Policy


Once your order has been submitted, we will begin production of your ordered items immediately.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, it is free of charge within 24 hours. Please note that there is a 30% order fee for all cancellations or changes (after 24 hours) to your ordered items.
Please note that you cannot cancel or change your order once we have sent your order.
From the date your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be returned to your bank card as is. It may take up to 7 business days.


Customyx reserves the right to make any changes to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on this page.

 

Return Service Procedure:

  • To request a return, please contact our customer service. One of our reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us at support@customyx.com. If it is a quality issue, please provide an order# and attach clear photos of the items that represent the issue.
  • Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
  • The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in. 
  • Return address (Please contact customer service for the return address).
  • Please make sure you provide us the tracking and receipt after you return.



This policy becomes effective upon delivery.
